Helen MilliganHelen Milligan, Executive Director

Helen Milligan has been with Highland Court Memory Care going on four  years. Helen started here as a med-tech, then moved on to become Resident Care Manager. She was then named Executive Director in July 2019. Helen has a long history of working in healthcare. She was a volunteer FF/EMT with East Jefferson for five years and continues as a volunteer for the American Red Cross as a CPR instructor. Helen enjoys her career in long-term care and making a difference by caring for and serving her community.

Chelsea Aitken, Community Relations Directopicture of young professional

Chelsea Aitken moved to the Pacific Northwest in the spring of 2019. She was a retail manager for a large clothing boutique and loved customer service and giving those superior class service. She decided to venture into the medical field and became a dental office manager. Loving working with people she found the perfect opportunity to work for Highland Court Memory Care in which she could work with those who need long term life care, support, and compassion. She lives with her fiancé and her two pups, Kiska, and Fisher where they explore the PNW and love to be out exploring finding new adventures.






Bill GrahamBill Graham, Executive Chef

Bill has around 40 years of experience in the restaurant business, from mom-and-pop restaurants to five-star fine dining. He is a certified working chef through the American Culinary Federation. He enjoys playing competitive darts, boating, fishing and camping. Bill accepted a position at an assisted living community to get out the restaurant rat race and fell in love with working with the elderly population.




Ashley Keeler-ReisAshley Keeler-Reis, Nurse Consultant

Ashley Keeler-Reis joined our care team in December 2020. She was born and raised on the Olympic Peninsula and could not imagine living anywhere else. Ashley moved to Port Angeles with her husband to raise their two sons and to attend nursing school at Peninsula College, graduating in 2012. She has spent her career in nursing caring for the geriatric population of Port Angeles and Sequim, working in skilled and assisted living communities.  During these experiences she gained a passion for dementia care and assisting residents and their families living with this disease. Ashley enjoys the family environment of Highland Court Memory Care and strives to provide the best nursing care and quality of life for our elderly community.

Adrian RobertsAdrian Roberts, Maintenance Director

Adrian has had a long career in maintenance, starting as a maintenance assistant when he was young and working his way up to Maintenance Director. He worked in Tacoma in our sister facility and has been with the company for years.

Adrian has over 10 years’ experience working in this field, with lots of special training making him an expert at what he does. Adrian has been a huge part of the Highland Court team and takes pride in making our residents’ home safe and well maintained.
